Welcome to Progressive FitnessThis is the first step towards achieving your ideal health and fitness goals!Progressive Fitness is a Reading/Berkshire based Personal Training and Health Solutions company. We offer personal training, injury rehabilitation, sports massage therapy and group/team fitness, as well as our very popular Boot Camp Fitness. Whether you are new to exercise, an elite athlete, a sports team or a group of friends Progressive Fitness will be able to help you realise your potential. We see many clients who's goal is to lose weight or more accurately body fat. This is an area that we are very experienced in and as a result have helped a lot of people live happier and healthier lives. Progressive Fitness was formed by James Parker, an Ex Army Physical Training Instructor, and Ricky Dolan, an Ex Professional Football Player. With our combined experience and knowledge and our different training methods we are able to give our clients the training that suits them and a service they deserve. Predominately our personal training is in Reading however we do cover a large area in Berkshire including Newbury, Thatcham, Bracknell and Wokingham and parts of Hampshire and Oxfordshire.
