Progressive Fitness Training Ltd was formed in 2006 by James Parker, an ex-Army Physical Training Instructor and personal trainer. We are a Reading, Berkshire-based personal training and group fitness company offering personal training, sports massage therapy and group/corporate fitness, as well as our very popular Boot Camp Fitness programme.. Whether you are new to exercise, a seasoned veteran, a sports team, or a group of friends or colleagues, Progressive Fitness will help you to realise your potential.

Predominately our personal training is in Reading, however we do cover a large area in Berkshire including Newbury, Thatcham, Bracknell and Wokingham, and parts of Basingstoke, Hampshire and Oxfordshire. We will travel to other areas, so just ask at your initial contact with us.
