Boot Camp is a fitness programme specifically designed for men and women of all fitness levels.  The sessions take place outside in a local park, where you don’t have to put up with waiting for gym equipment. Also unlike a gym where you can wander around aimlessly not putting in a great deal of effort, at Boot Camp you will be under excellent instruction. 

Sessions are structured to cater for everyone’s fitness levels and there is sometimes an emphasis on team work.  You will be encouraged to push yourself beyond your normal point of failure and you will reach goals that far exceed you expectations.

Boot Camp is a commitment for 6 weeks and there are two 1 hour sessions per week, with the opportunity to add a third Saturday morning session.

We currently run Boot Camps at:

Reading - Prospect Park:
                                              - Mondays and Wednesdays at 19.00 - 20.00.
                                              - Saturday mornings at 08.00 - 09.00

Thatcham - Henwick Worthy sports Ground:
                                              - Tuesdays and Thursdays at 19.00 - 20.00
                                              - Saturday mornings at 08.00 - 09.00

Bracknell - South Hill Park:
                                              - Tuesdays and Thursdays at 19.00 - 20.00

Places are limited so that you recieve full attention from the insructors and also build a good team spirit as Boot Camp progresses.
