KETTLEBELL TRAINING |
If you want to train with kettlebells and with like minded people then this is the perfect place!
We have started a 6 week kettlebell course on Saturday mornings which will is held in Prospect Park in Reading. This is a 6 week progressive course which will teach you the basics of kettlebell training first before movimg on to harder routines and workouts... The first session will be longer than the rest (around 1.5 hours) so we can make sure you have good form and technique before jumping in to some tough workouts!!
If you have been on our course before then you wouldn't need the longer session and will just pick up from where you left off. Some people do progress quicker than others so you may not all be doing the same workout!

A typical session will consist of a dynamic warm-up followed plenty of the below exercises and a good cool down!
2 Arm swing
Snatch
Turkish get up
Clean and press
Single arm swing
Windmill
Squats
Bottoms up press
Plus a few more!!
