This Fitness Boot Camp will be held at Prospect Park in Reading and will start on 19th October 2015. Sessions are on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 19:00 - 20:00

There is plenty of parking and changing and toilet facilities are available at the park.

Times: Sessions are on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 19.00 - 20.00 (please arrive at 18:50)
Meeting point: Please Park in the Harvester Car Park at the top of the road. We then meet at the brown gate which is located to the left of the Harvester restaurant and next to the pedestrian crossing.
What to bring: Water for during and after training, PAR-Q which will be on your confirmation email.
What to wear: normal sports clothing... shorts, t-shirt etc.
