6 WEEK FITNESS BOOT CAMP IN READING

If you want to lose weight, tone up, improve your strength, improve your cardio fitness, feel good about yourself, meet new people and achieve this whilst having fun then Boot Camp fitness is definitely for YOU!
This Boot Camp will be help at Prospect Park in Reading and will start on 15th November. Sessions are on Monday and Wednesday evenings with the option to add Saturday mornings for £4.00 per session.
There is plenty of parking and changing and toilet facilites are available at the park.
Times: Sessions are on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 19.00 - 20.00
Saturday mornings 08.00 - 09.00.
Meeting point: Main car park, entrance off of Liebenrood Road
What to bring: Water for during and after training
What to wear: normal sports clothing... shorts, t-shirt etc.
