6 Week Boot Camp in Bracknell

If you want to lose weight, tone up, improve your strength, improve your cardio fitness, feel good about yourself, meet new people and achieve this whilst having fun then Boot Camp fitness is definitely for YOU!

This Boot Camp will be help at South Hill Park in Bracknell. The next start date is 01st March 2011.  There is plenty of parking available.

Times: Sessions are on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 19.00 - 20.00
Meeting point: Small car park on the main field of South Hill Park.
What to bring: Water for during and after training
What to wear: normal sports clothing... shorts, t-shirt etc.
