The Hour of Power

This fitness class will focus on explosive workouts such as kettlebells, power bags, boxing, skipping, rope training and your own body weight.

Each workout will be different but one thing will remain the same...the intensity!!  You will work hard at each session and be pushed to your limits.

What to expect.  Based in an old school gym hall the small group will be taken through different workouts each week, all with the emphasis on conditioning your body.  Using the various training tools we have the workouts will be intense but within your own limits.  You can expect to burn fat, increase muscle tone, improve stamina and recovery and improve your technical ability.

Who is the class for?  People with some basic resistance training experience looking to take it to the next level or looking to add something different to their armoury...such as kettlebells. (Perfect if you have been to one of our boot camps).  Unfortunately this class isn't for beginners.

When is it?  Every Saturday morning at 09:00-10:00 next session is on 12h March.

Where is it?  Theale Green recreational centre, Theale Green School.

How much is the class? You can pay as you go each week which costs £6.00 per class or use this booking page and pay for 4 classes in a row, starting from when you pay, for £20.00.
