6 Week Fitness Boot Camp in Bracknell

If you want to lose weight, tone up, improve your strength, improve your cardio fitness, feel good about yourself, meet new people and achieve this whilst having fun then Boot Camp fitness is definitely for YOU!
This Boot Camp will be held at South Hill Park in Bracknell. The next start date is 02nd August 2011. There is plenty of parking available.
Times: Sessions are on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 19.00 - 20.00 (please arrive at 18:50)
Meeting point: Small car park on the main field of South Hill Park opposite to the theartre.
What to bring: Water for during and after training. PAR-Q whcih you will get on your confirmation email.
What to wear: normal sports clothing... shorts, t-shirt etc.
