Extreme Boot Camp "2" in Caversham Reading: Starts 02nd January 2012

What better way can you start your New Year??

This 5 day Boot Camp programme is designed to help you burn fat, ramp up your metabolism, help tone your muscles, help you reach new workout limits and be a great kick start to a New You for the NEW YEAR!!
This will be achieved by 8 workouts across the week and supported by a detailed nutrition plan which you will follow for at least 2 weeks. The workouts will be in evening at 18:45 and the mornings at 06:45 (full itinerary is below). You will be given the nutrition plan the week before the first session so that you can start to benefit from diet change straight away and then follow for the week after Boot Camp has finished.
The sessions are structured in a way that not only push you hard but will teach new and exciting ways of training with a focus on age old techniques used by boxers all over the world.  Some session we will use lots of pad work and bags other times we will do good old fashioned circuits with lots of equipment. There will also be massive emphasis on team work as most sessions will end in a team event with scoring for each session across the week.
The sessions will be a mix of indoor and outdoor sessions but we always have the option of indoors should weather or conditions permit.
Once you sign up to Extreme Boot Camp we will put you into 2 teams that you will stay in for the week. We will all work together at times but we will always be in competition!! This will instil team work as team mates will spur you on and the fact that there is a prize at the end for the winning team should create even more competitiveness. Anyone missing sessions will lose points for their team’s score at the end of the week…so this should help get you out of bed in the morning!!!
PLACES ARE STRICTLY LIMITED TO 20 PEOPLE (10 PER TEAM)

ARE THERE ANY PRE REQUISITES?
You have to be a team player and committed to the week!
Willingness to learn and be open to new training methods!
Ideally you will have attended a Boot Camp before. If not, as a minimum come to one of our Saturday or Sunday morning sessions first so you can do some basic exercises before we start. (Contact us to find out if unsure)
WHERE AND WHEN WILL IT BE HELD?
We will meet for every session at Hemdean House School Caversham, Reading and the weeks time table will look like this: (subject to slight possible changes)

Monday 02nd - 18:45
Tuesday 03rd - 06:45 & 18:45
Wednesday 04th - 06:45 & 18:45
Thursday 05th - 06:45 & 18:45
Friday 06th - 18:45
WHAT IS THE COST?
The cost for the whole week is £69 and payable in advance.
