Extreme Boot Camp 3… Olympic Games

This 5 day Boot Camp programme is a perfect way to start your summer! It is designed to burn fat, ramp up your metabolism, help tone your muscles, lose those last few “stubborn” pounds, break through training plateaus and have a little bit of fun doing it!! This will be achieved by 7 workouts across the week (2 mornings & 5 evenings) and supported by a detailed nutrition plan with easy to follow recipes for each meal and even a shopping list to help you. You will be given the nutrition plan the week before the first session so that you can start to benefit from diet change straight away. (For those that have been before this is a revamped plan)

The sessions will have a slight Olympic theme to them but will still be structured in a way that not only push you hard but could teach new and exciting ways of training with different methods and equipment. There will also be some emphasis on team work as most sessions will end with, or have an event with scoring for each session.

Once you sign up to Extreme Boot Camp we will put you into 2 teams that you will stay in for the week and each team will have their own instructor. Sometimes we will all work together but we will always be in competition!! This will instill team work as your team mates will spur you on. Anyone missing sessions will lose points for their team’s score at the end of the week…so this should help get you out of bed for the 2 early mornings!!!

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
£65.00 per person for the whole week, payable in advance.

OTHER INFORMATION
Usual sportswear and trainers are suitable for each session.
You will be advised if any other clothing etc is needed prior to each session.
