Tabata Circuit session
20/02/2013 Time:18:45 - 19:45
This is a circuit style session using a combination of body weight exercises and various pieces of resistance equipment i.e. kettlebells.
Tabata is a protocol of training that works the whole body at high intensity for a period of 4 minutes at a time. During this 4 minutes you will conduct an exercise or a series of exercises at fast pace for 20 seconds with a 10 seconds rest and repeat the set 8 times (4 minutes in total).
We will do a few these Tabata circuits during the session and hopefully it will show you a new way of training that is productive, fast and gets results! For more information on the Tabata protocol click here
The session is for anyone as you work to your own maximum ability. If you are unsure if it is for you please feel free to contact me.
We will meet in Prospect Park basket ball courts for 18:45. The session will last around 45mins to an hour in total.
You can either book through the website or preferably PAYG on the night...just let me know if you are coming.
Hope to see lots of you at the park on Wednesday!
